question: in some point your country interact with others nations??

Yes and no. There are several things to do with the UN, so there's quite a bit of interaction there. Voting on legislature, endorsing UN members for regional delegation, etc.

I think the UN Delegate for our region gets some regional power, as well. The current Delegate is Antipathy, or rather, Antigony.

The only in-game interaction is through the United Nations. If you join the UN, you can vote for or against proposals that if passed are implemented in all member countries.

Also, you can endorse other UN countries. That gives them an extra vote for proposals. For example, I have two endorsements (from Doom-veria and Guilexia) That gives me 3 votes for UN proposals instead of the usual one. (I should have 4 votes, but the Empire of Thawmus withdrew their endorsement. ) Doom-veria and Guilexia can still vote on UN proposals though.
