...NO!!! Let's save this game. I know most super hero games die sometime, but the playability of Clix for Fanboys is awesome. I don't know what you could do to create a game better than this. It is just not time for it to die.

I collected the figures from the sets starting with Hypertime, but I only started playing Heroclix with the Avengers set. My wife and I found a game that we enjoyed playing together and I am sorry to see it go. I also had a great time playing at my local venue, but I am sorry to say that the majority of players at my venue are only in it for prize support and not in it so much for the love of the game. So, I don't think I be seeing them again any time soon. I fully support Heroclix and would love to see new products being produced in the future so, I wish you the best of luck.

I've got some money I would put towards ownership or whatever...I imagine that if every one of us gathered up our holiday money, money we would be spending on clix, etc. and contributed what we could, it would be sizeable.

If 7,500 people (I'm trying to underestimate) each contributed $2,500 towards business investment we'd have nearly $2M - which might be just enough to get us a stake in the game now that loans are more available. Think about what Jake said - what if we the players owned the game? How cool would that be...

I say we Realmers start our own VC firm (elect regional reps or something to direct the "company") and see where it takes us!

That's basically the exact idea I had....either find someone on the realms who is a millionaire (we only need 1) or someone set up a business people can buy private shares of to fund the game. Good luck!!
