Love it! My monsters and animals suffer, but I feel it's for the greater good. So generics really only get the map roll bonus in modern then? Briscoe stated the rules for theme teams themselves have changed where, "generic theme teams need the same amount of figures as named teams and each theme team must have at least 2 figures on it". Is this true? Can I rub two "cosmic" keyworded people in a 600 point game and they be a theme team?
I wrote it down word for word from the 2014 core rulebook.

No. But the funny thing is that the rulebook does not mention adding them to your force.
It doesn't say anything about adding objects to your force? That's really strange. Last year it was under the heading "Objects" and the subheading "Objects on Your Force"

Standard objects cost 0 points to add to your force.
I wonder why they'd remove that?
Also, the old rule book under the heading "Themed Teams" stated this:

I take it that text has remained unchanged?
Also do the ultra objects have the gear symbol anywhere on them?
Are the Ultra-light Object rules printed on the back of the object itself?
There is 2 light, heavy, ultra-heavy, and ultra-lights; so that is 8 objects.

Really sorry for all the questions!
They did not remove it, but they did not add anything about the ultra-heavy or ultra-light objects, you know how some people are word lawyers.
No the objects did not have gears on them, they are standard ultra-heavy and ultra-light objects.

When you said they did not remove it, do you mean the text I quoted about objects or theme teams? Right now it's looking like a generic theme team is still 6 figures in a 400 point game. Crappy. I was coming around to liking the idea of the whole force being theme if they all share a KW (even if there's only 2) especially now that generics DONT get use of theme prob.
