You cannot. Running Shot only ends in an attack.

Also, while I applaud your clever thought about getting Colossus out of the picture, it won't work with an ID card character. Or rather it will for the capture part, but you wouldn't be able to hold him.

Since Mr. Freeze - the one that triggered the trap at any rate - is not on the map, Colossus would be automatically freed at the start of my turn.
