Poor Multiple Man, I keep trying but just can't get him to work.
Cortez and Scott roll: 6 and 6. Damn, I don't know if I can do a thing with that.
Jean tks Angel to C19.
Angel exchanges a click with Cable. X-ta roll: another 6. Nice and all but I'm worried I'm wasting my 6s.
Cyclops removes a token from Cable. Fabian makes his av 13. Needs 6 + 1 to hit Roy, rolls 10 (for the record, that's a 6 and 4, my 4th 6 in a row...how I'm behind in this one, I don't have a clue). 4 to Roy. Cable takes 1 for Fabian.
Xavier, via Cable, tries to mc Roy. Needs 6, rolls 8. Roy will l/c to E16.
Cyclops needs 5 to destroy Roy, rolls 8.
Jaime to E16 to block.
Cable ports to G21.
A decent enough turn but all because of those 6 rolls.

"You're surrounded by several of the worlds premiere telepaths," Charles Xavier says approaching him on the astral plane. "I'm afraid you simply didn't have a chance."
Just as Xavier thrusts him with his fists on one plane, Cable and Cyclops take him out on the physical one.
I was going to protest that Roy was well out of Cable's 7 range, but you rolled well enough that even if you used the Perplex on his Range instead, the 10 you rolled would still have been enough to hit even without a boosted AV. And Xavier would have to MC from Multiple Man to be in range, but he could do that to, so let's move on.
Skitter's going to try to Regen. Gets 6. You're not the only one who can roll 6s.
Okay so this trick hasn't worked any of the last three times I tried it, but what the hell. While I have the Violet Lantern in play, I may as well keep trying to make use of it. Departing from the Titans for a moment and running Jervis Tetch. Teleports to M11
Tetch to MC Cyclops. AV11 on DV17. Gets 4. Raven makes it 4. Oh for heaven's sake.
Songbird TKs Kang to J10
Raven and Tempest Perplex Kang's Damage to 6
Kang Sides to L12. Outwits Cyclops' Toughness and attacks him, AV11 on DV17. Kang gets 8. 6 Damage one-shots Cyclops. He's out.
Starfire HSS to E12 on Multiple Man, AV11 on DV17. Gets 3. Ends where she started.

"The visor isn't quite a hat, no, no, no. But it should do for my hypnosis," the Mad Hatter said.
"You're working against someone who's been trained by the best at resisting mental attacks," Cyclops said, fighting off the Hatter's attempt to mind control him.
"Pity for you that doesn't extend to plasma bursts," Kang said, shooting down Cyclops with a weapon from the far-flung future.
Losing Cyclops, for me, is more psychologically damaging than psychically. He's so integral in X-Men teams that I can't help but feel a little lost without him.
Fabian rolls 1. Normal perplex.
Did we ever determine why Jervis Tech isn't called Mad Hatter in this set? Let's face it, Mad Hatter is much more menacing than the threat of 'Jervis'. Psylocke tries to mc him. Needs 7, rolls 4. Cable makes it 4 again. Stellar.
Via Psylocke, Xavier outwits Jervis' outwit.
Mystique is up. Fabian makes her damage 3. Jean tks her to H15. She ports to M12. Attacks Kang. Needs 6, rolls 8. Well, that does the same ol' thing. Knocks him into his time bubble once again.

Stupidly enough, I think it's a copyright thing with Disney and those Tim Burton Alice movies.
That's the irritating Mystique. Ew. But Tempest gives me a potential workaround. Creates hie Water Terrain in K-N12. Rolls 1. Bah. No effect.

Jean tks Cable to I15, rs to I13, going for Tempest. Needs 7, twice, rolls 6. He makes it 7. Raven likes 4 better. 1 to Cable.
Xavier, via Cable, to mc Tempest. Needs 7, rolls 8. Got him. First he smokes. Can he ding Starfire? 4. Only a token to her but it's better than I expected.
Tempest makes his movement 10 and heads to H16.
Angel charges to F17, needing 7 to hit, rolls 3. Geez. He ends in F16.
Cable ports back to G21.
Xavier outwits Tempest's smoke cloud.

Kang - do I Regen or drop the Bubble again. Dropping the Bubble guarantees you can't one-shot him. But getting him to a higher click would be nice too. I'll drop the Bubble. Means you'll have to get two guys in there to finish him off, instead of one really pumped attack.
Jervis hops the teleporter to M10, Outwits Super Senses on Multiple Man tries to MC him. AV11 on DV17. Gets 7. Can't have him attack anyone, so just move him to K10
Starfire HSS out to G6 on him, AV11 on DV17. Gets 7. 4 to him. Ends in H2
Raven on him, AV11 on DV15. Gets 11. That's a KO.
Red Tornado TKs Skitter to K10 to block.
Tempest Perplexes his own AV to 11, Charges to H20 on Cable, DV18. Gets 4.

"Garth's in trouble. We should help him!" Raven said.
"Garth's doing just fine," Tempest said, fending off his attackers, but didn't have much luck with the counter attack. "Well maybe a little help would be okay."
"I could make a whole army of slaves just from this one man!" the Mad Hatter realized, bringing Multiple Man over.
"No! It's too dangerous," Starfire argued. "Their telepath could break your control and then they'd all be against us. Best to just finish him off." Which is just what she did.
Cable to break? 1. Attacks Tempest. Needs 7, rolls 10. 2 to him.
Jenny Sparks, my last Authority figure, pops up. I need her to succeed, Fabian makes her av 12. She'll rs to J22 pulsing. A 5 kos Tempest, rolls 5.
Jean tks Angel to G20 to block.
Mystique sides to M13. Can she port? 2. Damn. Attacks Hatter. Needs 7, rolls 11. 2 to him. Can use force blast freely. Rolls 5. Knocks him to M8. SS is 4. He takes 1 more.

"I'm not bloody sure what I've gotten myself into," Jenny Sparks says aloud, "But that's nothing new." Electricity courses through her and easily overwhelms Tempest.
Mystique should have a token no? She made a real attack.
Kang's going to Regenerate. 6. Nice.
Time for Beast Boy. New RE version. He'll take T-Rex. Teleports to M10. Attacks Mystique. She attacked Jervis, so loses her Shapeshifter token, and his T-Rex form has Battle Fury so she doesn't get her regular Shape Change. Raven makes his AV11 on DV17. Gets 11. Blades is 4.
