What about the "French Connection" movies or a guy named Jones who played on a bunch of NBA teams?
There's no sign of those guys when you go there either.
I want these clixed: Doc Savage, Fu Manchu, Tarzan, The Shadow, The Green Hornet & Kato, Conan, Solomon Kane, The Phantom, King Kong, Universal Monsters, Black Orchid, Manhunter (Paul Kirk), Xemnu the Titan, unclixed Kirby Fourth World characters, and Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula.
Yes they do. She is very aware of environmental issues. We went to the park the other day to fly kites, and she went about picking up the cans and water bottles that were littering the field before we got the kites into the air.
THAT is not a bad thing. I'm the same way. I just can't stand trash in my Wild.
Hey, did you know either Katie O'Connor or Michael O'Connor. Right about your age and also grew up in Elmhurst, IL.
Nope.
But it's a bigger place than you might think.
I met a guy when I was in my Junior year who had been in my class for the past two years of school and I'd never even SEEN him before. I thought he'd moved from somewhere. We even had several mutual friends.
But all at once, I think I now know how Barry and Jay felt when all was revealed in Flash #123.
That said, if I weren't already seated, I'd have to sit down.
Regards,
The Ogre Who Grew Up in Elmhurst, NY 11373
Weird, Dude.
I've seen that Elmhurst in movies like The Fugitive, which, oddly, takes place in Chicago and New York at the same time at one point. Or maybe that's U.S. Marshalls.
But, anyway, an ambulance pulls up to Elmhurst hospital, which is where I was born, allegedly.
But that hospital looks nothing like the one by me.
On the subject of Superman set misses as in "missing"...I have to put Jimmy Olsen at the top of my list, though Krypto is close behind.
After those two, I'd put Ultraman on the list (not to be confused with on "the list"). I'm really surprised more folks didn't complain about that, tho' admittedly, maybe they did but I just didn't see it 'cause of how I navigate the HCR waters (reminder: don't leave the boat!).
Also worthy in my mind: Atomic Skull (either version), Mon-El, Golden Age Prankster and -- yes! -- Beppo the Super-Monkey.
If the set had been large enough to justify a slot for him: Bibbo Bibbowski.
I'm still chasing the original Ultraman so a new one would just be a salty smack in the mouth for me...
Beppo would be cool, Bibbo would rock.
"When they come to take control every Ogre must play his role"
Welllllllllllll...I see your point, but....Mary Jane never had her own series as Jimmy did. Holy Crow, that title lasted longer than most hero comics --- with over 160 issues.
Also, Kirby used the "Jimmy Olsen, Superman's Pal" book as an important part of the Fourth World stuff.
And it wasn't just monsters that accounted for Jimmy's transformations. While sime might want to see him clixed as a werewolf, turtle boy or human porcupine...I'm guessing at least as many, myself included, would want to see him as Elastic Lad.
I'd make a comment about a Marvel character that had a series that lasted 120 issues, that has not been clixed.
