*sigh* This was a really bad idea for a trivia question. The answer I was looking for was that all three characters have been portrayed by voice actor Michael Bell: The Riddler on Challenge of the Superfriends, Plastic Man on his own Saturday-morning show, and Lex Luthor in the late-1980s Superman cartoon.
For no really good reason I'll let Wyld have it.
My next guess would've involved them being accousted by Superman and/or Batman.
Yes, revealed at last.
How did Lex lose his hair?
Easy.
Lex's hair gave Superboy something to hold onto while he was riding.
After some rough riding, it was bound to be pulled out.
Whoo! My failure to know anything about voice actors gives me the thread. : )
Hmm, New Year. New Year.
I'll have to post in a bit. I have to be in court.

PS: JTR, I wasn't reading Superman at the time -- what was Lex's evil reason for running for office? Please don't say "to gain political and executive power" because that's every candidate's reason.
When our story opens, the Question is investigating an impossible locked-room murder mystery involving a midget and a 6'6"-tall call girl into heavy bondage. Don't worry, I'll explain later. It's all vitally relevant.

That's pretty much what he wanted. That, and to find a way to rid the world of Superman and other so-called superheroes.
And, of course, to bring in more business for Lex Corp, even tho he'd stepped down as head of the company and handed the whole thing to Talia, who later sold off Lex Corp to Wayne Enterprises.
You all are very funny. I don't require legal defense: I am legal defense.
What long standing member of the Legion of Superheroes underwent a name change in the Mark Waid - Barry Kitson reboot that echoed the name of a renowned JLA member?

Was that when Timber Wolf got in touch with his feminine side and called himself Vixen? Or when Mon-El took the Martian name M'Onel?
Sorry, Custom -- it was when Bouncing Boy learned he was the reincarnation of ancient Egyptian Prince Khufu and became Bouncing Bird.
No, not really.
Ignatz gets it. Your question, Mouse.
