Well, that went quickly. In 1976 Mego released their "Teen Titans" collection, consisting of Kid Flash, Aqualad, Wonder Girl, and Speedy (Robin had been in the Mego line since the beginning). Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and Green Arrow had already been made, but the Flash never was.
Kal-L simply explains that he'd stopped aging when he reached the peak of his powers. He returns with the other heroes to the new Post-Crisis Earth, taking the place of the Earth-One Superman.
Which would have made no sense, because it was stated several times before the Crisis that Kal-L's powers diminished as he aged; DC Comics Presents Annual #1, for example.
What was Claremont doing anywhere *near* COIE anyway?
I honestly have no clue. But Perez stated in the interview that that was Claremont's idea. Sort of reboot Supes without really rebooting him. Just making him immortal.

Well, Byrne's idea was for a Supes with diminished powers, so it'd still workout out, more or less, since, as you point out, Supes of E-2 had diminished powers.
I don't think it was a good idea, but then, I've never been a Claremont fan, except his short run on the FF several years ago, those were not the greatest FF storylines ever, but they were good. I liked seeing the FF deal with the Brood. And the idea of killing off Lois wasn't his brightest. I like how she (eventually) died. E-2 Supes reacted the way most men in love would, not just wipe off the dye and say "Oh, well" and move on with their lives. That part of Claremont's idea was really stupid.

All yours again, JTR.
That was a total guess. I didn't think it was right and wasn't ready with a new question.
Anyhow;
Krona was transformed into pure energy by the Guardians... he first returned to physical form using whose energies ???
And you thought I correctly answered so quickly? Yes, it was Al's energies that gave Krona a new body... which didn't last long, as the Guardians turned him back to energy form anyways.
Um...huh...wha?? I guess I should have mentioned, I'm not counting "Adult Legion" stories. Is that what you meant?
Those and there was that story with Superboy and Supergirl in disguise for some reason. I haven't read that in years, it was one of those comics my neighbor gave me and my Mom tossed out. It was one of the few I read before she tossed the big freaking box of them out.
Hmm...
The Legion Of Sub Heroes were;
Antenna Lad, Night Girl, Stone Boy, Fire Lad, Chlorophyll Kid, Color Kid, Stone Boy, Porcupine Pete, Infectious Lass, Polar Boy, Double-Header, Dream Girl (aka "Miss Terious") and Star Boy (aka "Sir Prize").
The Legion OF Heroes (proper) were;
Superboy, Supergirl, Lightning Boy, Saturn Girl, and Cosmic Boy, Chameleon Boy, Invisible Kid, Colossal Boy, Star Boy, Brainiac 5, Triplicate Girl, Shrinking Violet, Sun Boy, Bouncing Boy, Phantom Girl, Mon-El, and Ultra Boy.
Jimmy Olsen, Pete Ross and Lana Lang were honourary members.
I can't remember them all... but then, I was never really that much of a fan of the buggers.
Ohhhhhkaaaaaay...perhaps I worded the question too vaguely. What I was really asking was, every person who was a member of both teams. Not every member of each team.
