Just to be clear, Rokk has not claimed to be Yorick, yet. And the fact he has claimed Info-gatherer and Scavenged, he is setting up a large set of powers with a hint of a rock-solid claim.

If this was a Pax game, I wouldn't be surprised if Yorick didn't make it and was provided as a fakeclaim. And again, coupled with the fact my role indicated me interacting with Yorick could have an effect on me, I'm not sold on Rokk being Yorick.

And, I think it's an interesting question to bring up that Yorrick and co. might be mafia. Especially since there seems to be some disconnect with TB not knowing about Yorrick's alignment.

My theory (complete speculation):

Mafia is comprised of Alter and her crew

The SK is the ninja

Everyone else is town. Complete speculation. I don't really buy Yorrick as mafia. Rose was an ally of Yorrick's and she turned up as town.

Hm, I'm making an effort to not meta and to treat each game separately. Rokk strongly hinted, just as you did, well your hint was actually more vague, and I removed vote. As of right now, for me, you are claiming Hero and Rokk is claiming Yorick, until proven otherwise in whichever way.

The only thing with my speculation on mafia is that I'm not sure how many prominent characters there are that could be comprised of an "Alter's Crew" mafia.

Well, he DID claim that the whole game was named after him...? I thought that was outright claiming.

But this isn't a Pax game and you're trying awfully hard.

Given my role, no, Yorick would not be mafia. My character helped Yorick, or more people with Yorick I think, so in my mind those who were helping him or Co. are town.

I don't really know where he Amazonians would fit in. I can't see Alter and the Amazonians being on the same side, but who knows.

Yeah, that was my problem. I thought 2 or 3 Amazonian mafia with potential to recruit Hero. Alter herself having a non-town win condition. Toyota having a non-town win condition.

It wasn't to win the contest - feelings are genuinely hurt (which is why I felt I should fess up to my side in it) - but the revealing of Yorrick had nothing to do with that and everything to do with protecting Town.

I promise you that good sportsmanship comes before winning points.

One thing I've learned about some players, without naming any names, is that they do not like to outright claim "I am XYZ," they like to make you work for it. So I can see where that's about as good a claim as you'll get out of Rokk (assuming he's one of those folks).

I would not disagree with any of this.
