The winged hero divebombs into Kang and Joker's Daughter knocking them both back several steps.

"Striiiiiiike," Angel says aloud, seeing the bowling metaphor in his attack.

Actually no point in using Kang's Time Bubble. The 2 Damage from Angel's Quake won't get through his Invincible. And JD would still get her SC, which i 2, so that's okay. You still want Angel in N14 if it means he's next to Kang?

Angel will stick with his turn. He can still use sidestep to end where he did.

Copycat right back to E22. If nothing else, it's keeping Xavier from doing anything more brutal with his Mind Control

Potentially lots to do this turn. And it all begins with Cortez. Rolls 4.

Jenny rs to J15 making her damage 4 attacking Kang, Red T, Copycat. Gets 4. Cable makes it 2. Ugh. This is her second critical miss. I think I'd be doing so much better if I would get as couple decent rolls.

Fabian makes Starfire's movement 10. Seems a waste but she was a borrowed figure anyway. She charges to K13 flurrying. SC is 4 for JD. Needs 7, rolls 7. Raven makes it 8. KOs her. Onto Red Tornado. SC is 2. Needs 6, rolls 10. SS is 5. Kos Starfire.

So even though Starfire is gone, I don't think Copycat returns to me. Her trait mentions nothing about when the swapped figure is out.
Xavier has no choice but to outwit Copycat's sc. Psylocke tries to mc her. Needs 6, rolls 8. She moves to C12.

Angel pushes to break? 4. Moves to K12 and quakes. Gets 11. Red Tornado gets to roll for sc, I guess: 1. SS: 1. Jervis ss: 1. Jervis is out. 2 to Red Tornado. Angel ends in J11 to block Jervis.

Replacing Starfire is Nightcrawler. He phases to L12 to block JD. He then ports to H15. Jean tks him to E21.

Kang goes for Jenny. Sides to L13 first. Perplexes his AV to 11 on DV17. Gets 9. KOs her.

Raven Perplexes her own Damage to 2, goes for Angel, AV11 on DV17. Gets 10. He is KOd as well.

Bunker and the new Aqualad come in. Bunker teleports to K12. His range is too short. I can't quite block Jenny, but I can put up a Barrier to make it hard for her replacement to get at me.

Red Tornado Sides to J11, blocks Angel.

"And this child of a demon will deal with their Angel," Raven said.

"All good, but there's bound to be reinforcements coming," Aqualad said.

"Maybe so, but this should slow them down a bit," Bunker said, blocking the way with his constructs.

Bunker is still on my playlist. And that Aqualad is decent stuff. The Titans in Rebirth are generally quite good.

Angel, I expected to lose. Jenny was on some of her best clicks. It's too bad she didn't play better this time.

Let's start with Fabian. Rolls 5. I've a nasty idea. Polaris, the old LE has been on my mind. I'll give her nova blast. I apologize in advance for using this trick we rarely do anymore. Fabian makes her av 11. Jean tks her to H15. She will rs to M10. Rolls 6 for pw. First off Lorna herself takes 4, two for the feat, two for Fabian. Any revenge you might want will be oh so easy. KOs Raven, WG, Reddy. 4 to Bunker and Aqualad. Again, sorry. Kang's trait I think would trump the pulse wave. He only takes 1 and pops back.

My other replacement is Destiny. She's my dedicated pcer. She'll summon Black Widow id card. Jean tks her to the porter, as an action.

Widow pops out at K11 and freely sides to J11 to block. Tries to incap Bunker & Aqualad. Gets 8. Both get a token.

So much more I could do but I've overextended my tk. Plus, who knows what you have in store with three replacements coming in.

"X-Men, what do we..." Polaris begins.

"This is no time for that now," Destiny warns her, "I see a great opportunity with you. But it must be this moment."

"And it must be with my help," Fabian Cortez says touching Lorna Dane and making her power level at its strongest, its more pure.

"I feel....like I'm on fire," Polaris says, "Waiting to burst."

"Go child," Destiny says, "Go quickly."

Without any real choice in the matter Polaris moves in on her foes at the closest point and unleashes magnetic chaos.

"Incredible," Kang says slipping away, "Who knew this woman had such power?".

Polaris looks around her at the fallen and hurt opponents. She herself is nearly defeated in the effort. She knows her own defeat will be soon. And in the end she can't help but wonder if it was all worth it.

Three replacements. Right.

First, Kang just re-places his Time Bubble.

Well, I'm not done with my Titans theme quite yet, so picking a few replacements won't be as hard a decision as it would be if I were just pulling random guys.

New PC will be Solstice. She'll just direct replace Wonder Girl. She will also take a shot at Polaris, AV9 on DV13 +2. Gets 5. Needs her own PC to make it 7. KOs her.

I'll try out new Bumblebee. She'll use her Buzzzed YA SP to go Tiny. Teleports to block Polaris.

Nightwing next, WKD, brings in Tony Zucco, then moves to M7

Beetle Pod gives Aqualad Flight. He'll move to K3

Tony tries to heal him. AV9 on DV16. Gets 9. Support is 5. Heals up 3. Not bad at all.
