I also looked it up, but have subsequently forgotten the answer.
Also, I can't figure out Custom's subtle clue.

When our story opens, the Question is investigating an impossible locked-room murder mystery involving a midget and a 6'6"-tall call girl into heavy bondage. Don't worry, I'll explain later. It's all vitally relevant.

Blue Jay got to be President? Awesome. I remember when he was the straight man for the JLE.
The Floronic Man and Harbinger were both members of what supergroup?

Yes, he became president, after he had Americommando killed for boinking his wife. Can't really say I'd be oppossed to such an action if I were in Blue Jay's shoes.

Umm... Team-Monitor. The team the original Monitor sent out at one point during COIE.
Well, they probably do play a lot of state fairs these days...
Maybe they should look into getting jobs as a back-up players for Paris Hilton when she goes out singing. Maybe you could introduce them to each other.
Custom gets it. Has anyone used any of the original characters since that book folded? I saw Ram on the wall of dead contestants in Roulette's House, but I don't think I've seen anyone else.
Your question, Custom.

Y'know how they'll try to have a series "Springing From The Pages of Best-Selling Miniseries Fill-In-The-Blank!"
This was the bastard offspring of Millenium. You know, the Guardians are retiring, and the Manhunters are still salty about getting laid off, and some humans are going to be the next Guardians. Except they became lame superheroes instead, and fought villains whose powers were having AIDS and making you take drugs.
I'd like to see one or more of them show in the various Lantern Corps, preferably as Guardians. That would be more absurd and hilarious than that book already is.

JTR, thank you so much for bringing all the bad memories of Ratt back into my frontal lobes. Their 15 minutes of fame occurred during my first semester of college, something I'd much rather stay buried.
Anyhoo:
On the Earth where gender roles among superhumans were reversed (and there were heroes like Superwoman and Wonder Man), who was the counterpart of Uncle Sam?
