Good review.................................................................but on another subject can we not get the "hot topic" list on the front page like we used to have? This new format sucketh much.
Luke B. wantin' to post like he used to, but it ain't lookin' good...
The thing about an actual stealth character (non Bats TA) is that yes, there are 4 ways to circumvent Stealth but that doesn't mean every opponent will have them. Is an opponent going to use their Bright Lights on a team with Hush as the only stealth character? Is your opponents big gun with Trick Shot going to come after Hush first just because he can see him? The anti-stealth measures now insure that anyone playing an ALL stealth team will probably get hosed, but sprinkles of stealth can still be very effective.
Excellent review, as always. I've never replied to any of them (never registered 'til now) but I've been reading them since almost the beginning.
Hush is a nice addition. I like to play Batman Enemy teams from time to time, and if I can ever get a hold of one, I'd definitely play Hush. Thing is, his utility Damage powers can become a problem on a theme team, seeing as every other Arkham escapee has loads of the same Leadership/Perplex/Outwit kind of stuff. Often accurate, but it gets a little redundant when you put them all together.
Oh well. There's always Hydra. They all have white powers and those never get old!
"A poorly chewed tortilla chip can result in serious injury."
i will forever think that hush is actually #### greyson from earth 1. he just disappeared near the end of the crisis on infinite earths. he's seen a couple issues earlier in a trench coat, mourning the fact that he's been ripped from his reality.
and there's some precendent for it. in the recent run of superman/batman the character harbinger was revealed. and since we all know that she only got her powers from the monitor, we know the monitor exists, right?
anyway, the new crisis is coming, and i'm guessing this will come out.
no insider knowledge or anything...just been thinking about it all since i read crisis on infinite earths a few days ago.
Rookie or Veteran Legacy Joker is always a fun piece, and he works very well on Batman Enemy teams for alternately lending and borrowing Attack Values.
Aww, I love all the Jokers but where`s the experiEnced Joker love? He`s my favorite with a starting click of poison and EW and of the three he has the best second and last clicks.

E Joker's a member of the Injustice League, and isn't affiliated with the Batman Enemy TA.
I thought he was kinda weak when I first saw the dial, but he's actually decent in his own little "Bat-Universe". I did a 400 point theme game, Batman characters vs. Batman Enemies featuring him and the new Joker, Freeze and Blockbuster and some filler with Scarecrow. Hush really tore up some of the smaller Batman allies like Nightwing, Batgirl and Spoiler. The willpower/steath made him last the whole game.. even staying in longer than Blockbuster(E).
And regarding the Batman Enemies lack of flight, the Batman Allies have very little flight (if any), but they do have a bunch of leap/climb. That mobility plus stealth wins games for them.
I know everyone likes cheese teams, but if you play with theme teams, some of these clix become more useful. Hush is a great *Batman Enemy*. He's not going to be taking down clix with vast cosmic powers like KC Green Lantern, or Ultimate Thor. Thematically, he never should be able to.
While I haven't had the chance to play Hush on a team, I went after him just because he was the heavy in probably the best batman story in a long while. I think his dial best shows what Hush really is, a behind the scenes manipulator, more of a Lex Luthor type than Bane.
While it has been probably mentioned elsewhere, the June update to DC Heroclix FAQ makes real what we've been knowing for a while - Hush is now the archenemy of Batman #84.
