The way I'm reading it with outsiders you can full range psychic blast.
the rule says
"Give this character a ranged combat action. Reduce its range value by
half. Draw lines of fi re to every character (friendly and opposing) within range in every direction. This attack
ignores all team abilities and powers and abilities possessed by characters within range. These lines of fi re
are not blocked by character bases, but are affected normally by terrain. If clear lines of fire can be drawn
to two or more characters, this character’s damage value becomes 1 for this attack; otherwise, use this
character’s normal damage value. Compare the attack roll to the defense value of each character in range;
each hit character is dealt damage."
It does ay reduce not replace.
I think you mean Pulse wave, not Pschic Blast. But, I still don't see what that has to do with Outsiders team ability.

Aminar is saying that the range on a PW would not be halved. That is incorrect, though. The change in range on PW is a replacement value...it is not a modifier.
Characters that are removed from the battle map and placed on feat cards are not affected by Battlefield Conditions.
Lazarus Pit:
If a character is removed from the battlefield and placed on the Lazarus Pit feat card it is still subject to Battlefield condition cards.
They seem to contradict each other. As far as I can recall ICWO and Lazarus Pit are the only two "remove from the battlefield/map cards". If the BFC faq was only supposed to mean ICWO, then why didn't it just say so? Or is the difference in Battle field-Battle Map? But then again why general and not feat specific? Are there new "remove from battle field/map" cards coming in FF?

It is a mistake that I missed. The line from Laz Pit should be removed.
There are 542,000 children in foster care. Talk to your local foster and adoptive agency. You could change a life.
It just occured to me, after reading the part about the Big Figs needing a big door, that Big Figs should have the Unstoppable feat built in. They should be able to walk through walls. And you can't even give them it because the ones we have don't have Super Stength. heh

Sinestro has it on his first 300 point click. But you are correct that he has a limited use for the Feat.
True, but the -1 modifier is not a function of a power or team ability, so Outsiders won't shield your Sentinel from the modifier for multi-attack.
From the Sentinel rules A big figure Sentinel has the following multi-attack power:
Multi-Attack (optional): Give the big figure Sentinel a power action...
Sounds like a power to me, just like RCE it modifies the damage value and should be affected by Outsiders
I think you are overstating the number of changes. The rule on this only recently came down in a FAQ. At that time they made it clear that it would be a minimum of 1 when doing the Multi-Attack (before that it wasn't clear if a Sentinel with 0 damage would deal 1 or 0 when doing the Multi-Attack.) WK reconsidered that ruling and realized that logically 0 couldn't reduce by 1 to a minimum of 1 so they made the rule play out logically...0 will stay 0, not reduce higher. So they changed it.
Also, it reigns in the Stunning Blow problem of the unmodified damage value for Sentinels.
From the Sentinel rules

It's not a power in the game use sense. The -1 is an effect of the Sentinel's special ability. Similarly, the -2 from the Transporter move/attack option is also an effect of their special ability. Neither will be affected by Outsiders.
About the Pulse Wave. It does say reduce and not replace.
What about the range reduction for soaring? It is "outsiders-able?"
Soaring can be outwitted just like any other power so it sounds like it may be possible.
...Anything to bring Amazo or Teth (I ain't sayin' his other name) out of the skies.
