True.... but for three more points, the LE Drake Burroughs has an extra click of running shot, four damage, and EE on the first two clicks, which is sick with Armor Piercing. True, 16 defense and only one click of Invul hurts, but the ability to switch from Batman Ally to Mystics to Ultimates more than makes up for it

If you're looking for a good wildcard abuse team, sure. But if you need a centerpiece that can stand on his own if he loses his support, no. Bat Ally, Mystics, etc. is nice, but an 18 defense without having to wildcard F4 in the back of the map is just unreal.

I hear what you're saying about Drake. He's been an awesome piece for a long time now. But War Machine is a DIFFERENT PIECE. And in certain situations, he's better. In others, he's not.

And Drake's AV tanks like everyone else's, BTW. War Machine's doesn't. Other than a big fig, I don't know of anyone with that consistent of an AV. Drake's built to phase away for healing, War Machine is built to be there for the long haul.

Magog and most KC Pieces, Vision, Hercules, Doomsday, Killer Croc, Bane, V Thor. They're out there, you just gotta find em =D

Also in Armor Wars, the likes of Black King, Magneto, Wolverine, and Echo, and spymaster all have consistant attack values.

They're consistent. I give them that. That's why KC Hawkman is my favorite figure.

But they're not AS consistent. They're HIGHER (and better overall), but not as consistent.
