The only problem i see is with Firestar's move. There's the Barrier still in the way there. Or can she simply fly over it? What's the point of the Barrier if she can just fly over it? That's why i put it there: to hinder your flyers' movement.
Never mind; i looked through the rules book and found the section that says flying charcters can move over outdoor blocking terrain. Boy, that's annoying -- mostly because i carried out actions with a different ruling in mind. Now i know. Similarly, i learned a lesson in my WCA #7: i'll probably never overlook Telekinesis again...
Batman Enemies turn 5b
Well, most of these actions are virtually dictated:
Barrier comes down.
- Two-Face uses Perplex to increase Joker's Damage +1 to 2.
- Joker attacks Firestar > AV9 vs DV14 > roll: 2+1=3 MISS. re-roll thanks to Jinx: 5+4=9 HIT. Firestar takes 2 damage.
- Jinx attacks Firestar > AV9 vs DV13 + 2 (Energy Shield/Deflection) > roll: 2+5=7 HIT. Firestar takes 2 more damage.
- Harley Quinn attacks Firestar using Energy Explosion > AV9 vs DV12 + 1 (hindering) > roll: 6+4=10 HIT. Firestar takes 1 damage and is KOd, and Wildheart takes 1 damage. Please indicate whether Wildheart opts for Combat Reflexes.
- Scarecrow attacks Sasquatch using Psychic Blast > AV8 vs DV16 > roll: 3+4=7 MISS. (darn)
- Joker Outwits Wildheart's Charge.
Jinx will use PC on a successful attack -- but not one against Harley Quinn. I'd rather Joker and Scarecrow survive.

Yeah inside barrier is awsome, outside........a bit less. Without going to look at WCA #7, how did you overlook TK?

It didn't matter this time but Scarecrow was being based by Walter and couldn't use PB.
Kyle will use CR to be knocked back to N-24.
Oh, almost missed it myself but you have to rol SS for joker to see if the EE splash hit him as well.

I made a promise to Matt Murdock to wear his mask....I've fought this war in his place.....And I'll continue to do so.
But I haven't forgotten who I am...and soon it will be time to carry my own burdens again.
I sort of left Scarecrow out there to dry thinking he could at least hurt Sasquatch a little; i forgot that Psychic Blast is only a ranged attack. Scarecrow would have attempted a break away roll instead. I certainly wouldn't have attempted an attack that could have no damage effect (unless i rolled a critical....)
I also forgot about Joker possibly being hit by his harlequined wannabe girlfriend's Energy Explosion. In light of the importance of the Joker Outwitting the oncoming double Charge (Puck and Wildheart), i wouldn't have risked Joker being injured with Harley Quinn's Energy Explosion.... Oh well, here's Joker's Super Senses roll: 2. Joker takes 1 damage. That means he no longer has Outwit and is about to be skewered by Wildheart.
This is silly.
Your call.
( Yeah in WCA #7, i was facing Gorilla Grodd, The Brain and Ultrahumanite. I was so fixated upon having my characters' powers Outwitted or having Grodd unleash a Psychic Blast at Wonder Man (or using Mind Control on him) that i overlooked Ultrahumanite's Telekinesis -- twice!... )
Meh, it happens. At least we're catching them as they happen.

How does this sound.......
We'll change Harly's EE to a normal range attack(no damage to either Joker or Kyle).
And for Scarecrow you can either clear the action or attempt to breakaway.
If that works for you, we can go with that.

I apologize, DM. I get so angry at myself for making such rookie mistakes, for inconveniencing you...
It's just that at a head-to-head 'real' game you would point that out as i announced my intentions, and i'd go on with something else. I'm honest when i say that Scarecrow would not have attempted an attack against Sasquatch in light of those odds, and i'm also honest when i say that i was utterly intent upon Outwitting Wildheart's Charge (the reason for my piling on Firestar) and would not have risked the damage to Joker from the Energy Explosion.
Scarecrow attempts to break away > roll: 1.
(You're still benefiting from my stupidity, as i could've/would've moved Scarecrow back out of Sasquatch's movement range back in turn 3b, as i did with Harley Quinn and Two-Face....)
So we're where we were (without Wildheart's Combat Reflexes move back).
Wildheart's Charge is Outwitted.

Nice of you to offer, but there is no need. My friend...........heck I couldn't even get the objects right!
No worries about the move........what you did was almost exactly what I thought you would do.

2) Sasquatch(9+1) will push to attack Scarecrow(15), roll..........................6,5 for 11. Jinx will force re-roll...........................2,5 for 7. Hit Scarecrow takes 5(3 +2 from HO) and is KOed, the HO is destroyed and Walter takes a clix for the push.
Free) Shaman will perplex up Pucks damage to 3.
3) Puck(10+1) will charge to P-21 and attack Joker(17), roll................5,3 for 8. Possible hit SS roll..................3. Hit Joker take 3.
What to do for action 4..................yeah I've gotta push, too good of a chance.
4) Sunfire(9) will also push to take a shot at Mr. Freeze(15), roll................3,3 for 6. Well that was kind. Freeze will take 4 and be knocked back to X-18 and will take 1 more. Sunfire will take a click for the effort.

Wow....
all of your attacks connected (in spite of Probability Control and Super Senses), and none of your attacks did less than 3 damage.... what chance does anyone have against the Canucks?... ;-)
Joker Leadership roll: 6.
- Joker, using Incapacitate, attacks Puck > AV9 vs DV16 > roll: 3+2=5 MISS. re-roll thanks to Jinx: 3+3=6 MISS. (jeez...) Joker takes no pushing damage thanks to Willpower now showing.
- Two-Face uses Perplex to increase his own Damage +1 to 3 and attacks Puck > AV8 vs DV16 > roll: 5+4=9 HIT. Puck takes 3 damage. ( i went against one of my own rules there by not increasing the Attack value, but i figured i had to take bigger risks if i'm going to have any chance here... ) Does Puck use his Combat Reflexes?
- Mr Freeze will use Deadshot's Attack value and attack Sunfire > AV8 vs DV16 + 2 (Energy Shield + 1 hindering) > roll: 1+1=2 CRITICAL MISS. (okay, i yield... ;-) ) Mr Freeze takes 1 damage and is KOd.
- Deadshot attempts to break away > roll: 5. Deadshot moves to R21.

I'll skip the Leadership roll. ;-)
This is a difficult sequence: Which combat value of whom should Two-Face Perplex? I gotta be sure to take out Puck...
- Harley Quinn attacks Puck > AV9 vs DV15 + 1 (hindering) > (my chances are better than 50% here, let's see...) roll: 2+2=4 MISS (of course); re-roll thanks to Jinx: 2+4=6 MISS. (like i said, i yield...) (forget it, i'm changing tactics; jeez... )
- Two-Face uses Perplex to increase Jinx's Damage +1 to 3.
- Jinx attacks Wildheart > AV9 vs DV16 > (again, better than 50% chances...) roll: 3+2=5 MISS. (okay, i give up...)
- Two-Face pushes and attacks Puck > AV8 vs DV15 > roll: 6+2=8 HIT. Puck takes 2 damage and is KOd. Two-Face takes 1 pushing damage. ( after those awful preceding rolls, i had to take out Puck, i decided; besides, Two-Face is about to get blasted by Sunfire anyway... )

I don't see how Wildheart can get from S22 to R21 (or reach Two-Face) with his Speed halved (for Charge) with Joker at Q22 and the building-thing in the way. ??? not that it matters much at this point...
yippee, my options are practically nil here... ;-)
- Joker attempts to break away > roll: 5. Joker moves (Speed halved) to L19.
- Harley Quinn pushes and attempts to break away > roll: 6. Harley Quinn moves (Speed halved) to M20. Harley Quinn takes 1 pushing damage.
- Jinx pushes and moves (thanks to Phasing) to J15. Jinx takes 1 pushing damage.
