I think that Spiderman's suit will somehow backfire when he is fighting Tony Stark or when he joins Captain America (it is going to happen, I can feel it). He will be fighting Tony and Tony has some control over his suit and it electrocutes him, stuns him, puts him to sleep, makes him stop moving, makes it stop working, something like that. Or he will be with Captain American and there will be a tracking device in his suit and Tony will find him, or tell all of the Spidey villains that the Thunderbolts captured to go get him.

i completely agree. If spidey dies, then Marvel will try to find a way to bring him back cuz the spider-man franchise sells to well for marvel to do away with. and when that happens, its like i'm reading superman. and i have always hated superman with a passion.

Did somebody say 52 is better so far then CW 1-2 ? 52 is the most spread thin slow moving hunk I've read since Ultimate Six. If it didn't come out every week it would be intolerable. CW has been good thus far and trumps Marvel's last few pub stunts (which I guess isn't saying too much) ...

When Spidey's family gets killed by his rogues gallery how do you think Iron Man would react? So far, I haven't heard Stark give assurance to Spidey that his family would be alright

Couldn't have said it better myself. Getting hospitalized isn't going to bring him respect and would only be more fuel for the folks who routinely underestimate him as simply Peter Parker.

Did you read the blurb on that though? It said that the public has lost faith in the Marvel Heroes? I dont read other titles , besides X Men, so I dont know if its true. Is it? I thought heroes wee cool. Just not Mutants and untrained thrill seekers liek the New Warriors.

Did Peter actually have a Bacholer Party? ANd did Scott SUmers? I know Rick Jones did. ANd so did Lorna Dane. What About Vision & Scarlet Witch? Who did or didnt in the Marvel U?

ANd whats going to happen when all the other idealistic people register and then are hurt because villians know who they are. They dont have the protection of the Avengers like Peter does. They will be hurt and killed because Spidey was an Icon and hero and they wanted to do right like he said they should. He will be responisible for that.

Remember X Corp? Xavier had it set up so all any Mutie had to do was think Help me and someone would be there. That didnt work either.

Thrash explained he'd hacked it out of the Shield computers. Now, if he could do that, who says Dr Doom or any other comp wiz couldn't do the same with the heroes names/alias ?

yeah, I'm not sure what people were thinking or expecting with a stroy that ran over the course of 52 weeks. I trhink it's been handled very well.

To compare it to 52 is assanine, at this point. 52 is in it's 7th week, while Civil War is only two issues in.
