I think he was wondering if somehow one character's PC TA would counteract another character's PC TA and maybe lead to something like Thanos Outwitting Surfer.

When you Mind Control a figure, it temporarily becomes your figure so you can cancel powers on that figure's dial as part of the free action that you get when you make a successful attack with Mind Control. Only thing I forget at the moment is when the targeted figure's powers will turn back on. Anyone?

BTW, the only way a character with Power Cosmic can prevent being Mind Controlled is if that character can use Mental Shields.

Thanks for the info I was trying to make Thanos even more powerful but he really doesn't need it.
