OK. Here's my theory.

Mr. Mind goes into a cocoon in 52#3, but we have no idea what his cocoon period consists of, liike how long it lasts or what was it's purpose. I think Mr. Mind was in a cocoon until Boosters time, and took Skeets over then, only to come back into the past with Booster during Infinite Crisis.

Well Week 39 ...Dr Sivana said he bombarded Mr Mind with Suspendium(artificial time) . This why I think he is in Skeets and he hadn't been seen in awhile.

See Badges2? I wasn't totally alone. In the midst of an ongoing story, not everything can or will be explained every step of the way. Could "Evil Skeets" end up lame? Could 52, as a whole, end up lame? Certainly. But inspite of your stance, we can't know that yet.

If you take 52 for what it is it's a great ride. I have enjoyed the whole arc so far. I was very happy Booster was Super Nova and I think Skeets being evil is a cool idea (He's a bad evil robot ). Much better than Batgirl turning evil for no reason

Everything will come around in the next 12 issues. People tend to jump the gun to much.

What the hell is that supposed to even mean? 52 was made up unlike all the other comic book stories that are ripped from today's headlines? And how dare an author constructing a narrative use a <gasp> PLOT DEVICE!</gasp>.

I go with the theory that Skeets went nuts when he figured out the history he knows/knew is no longer viable and therefore, his logic is burnt out. So, he went wacky. As long as he doesn't smack the walls of reality and bring Jason Todd's twin brother back to life, we're fine.
