I think the "robotic" thing that's smashing is the Artificial Mjolinir.

in comics in paticular many robots are living beings.
though thor is a clone which means that he is a flesh and blood person, a twin brother of thor that was aged quickly.
if we say that he is not a person then what about peter parker?

And we've never, ever passed any bad laws in this country, as we all know.

#2 In comics...blah blah...how many times do we see heroes go "Its a robot? Then I no longer need to hold back!"

Judging by the picture, he is more of a cyborg than a clone. It would be more like killing Vision than Pete.

in a democracy there are methods to deal with laws you disagree with.
but deciding your above the law and getting in fights that do more damage then 9-11 is not the way to do it.

the law is a great idea but very badly writtien and implimented but thats still not relivent.

I think Clor is more like the Terminator myself. Metal insides but covered by organic skin and muscles cloned from Thor's DNA.
