Check the pic...looks artificial to me. How does one "murder" a robot?

in comics in paticular many robots are living beings.
though thor is a clone which means that he is a flesh and blood person, a twin brother of thor that was aged quickly.
if we say that he is not a person then what about peter parker?

thing is that is in no way relevent, the law was passed.
was it a good idea of a law? .. yes
was it badly writian? absolutly
badly implemented? yes
but it was still passed.
And we've never, ever passed any bad laws in this country, as we all know.

#1 Look at the pic. That is a robot. Not the pseudo-mjolnir breaking. Its Clor's face exploding into parts.
#2 In comics...blah blah...how many times do we see heroes go "Its a robot? Then I no longer need to hold back!"
Only the whole Vision debacle revolves...Number 5 alive! The rest? Fodder for those that "hold back".
"Ultron! We would have words with thee!"

Judging by the picture, he is more of a cyborg than a clone. It would be more like killing Vision than Pete.
And we've never, ever passed any bad laws in this country, as we all know.
So your saying if you disagree with a law then attack even kill cops?
in a democracy there are methods to deal with laws you disagree with.
but deciding your above the law and getting in fights that do more damage then 9-11 is not the way to do it.
Cap realized this which is why he gave up.
the law is a great idea but very badly writtien and implimented but thats still not relivent.

it would help if we saw more of what he did out of battle, was he stored in a box or did he eat cheese fry's while watching tv
