Nope, that requires a move action, whereas this only allows him to move his full movement.

The "ignore hindering terrain" part, sure - that ability is always on.
The "smash a wall while moving" part - not if you want to attack at the end of a move. You only get the free attack against terrain when you make a move action, and in order to get his move/attack Green Scar has to be given a Power Action. It does work if he makes a regular move using Leap/Climb though.

On the other hand, Rampaging Hulk's Squash power is a move action, so he can thrash a wall on his way to do a Quake attack.

That is so like the Hulk.

Actually, L/C activates when the figure is given a move action. It is not technically a move action of its own.

It's important to make that distinction, b/c it allows figs to combine L/C with other move actions (like a Transporter Move and Attack).

Yeah, I was mainly using unstoppable to make him go right through hindering using his speed SP.
