Original flying Thanos (~185pts)+protected(8pts) + nanobots(10pts), PC (V Destiny ~29pts), R Con Artist x3 (~11pt perplex), Black panther (IC or Universe 27pts outwit&stealth) = 292pts
Outwit to take away HSS. Perplex to up attack or range.
Personally, I think you just got to base him when he has a token on him. If the guy you base with has a high attack, then your oppenent has to make those choice of whether he wants to push to run, or take his chances with you missing.
The most he will do to your character is 3, maybe 4 with perplex/icwo + crit hit. But even if you guy gets smacked, Flash takes a damage. And he is pushed, which means you can close. Anytime you don't have to roll is great.
I'm thinking any of the three: Thanos, KC Superman, or Magog is what I'll be playing.
I don't really care much about the Vine and haven't got to play any of those figures in a long time.

well since magog is the best piece in the game id say use him.
I assume he'll have protected + fortitude, as well as Armor piercing and Nanobots. That's 203 points leaving him 97 points for prob control and a secondary attacker
Icicle seems like a natural choice, but you'll need a TKer to position him. After that I'd Let a decent LAMP team do the rest of your damage. As long as he can't move without pushing Icicle is going to be doing a ton for you. A pouncing stingray should help with his support or secondary attacker. You might also consider a swinglined FF Wolverine if he fits. he's got a deadly attack, and the swingline will not only help you get around, but will bring the target down reducing his mobility.
just thoughts.
Iron River Read my wife's comic or I will say mean things about your dog.
I suckered these guys into playing: Feedback Damage
Avengers Black Panther + Pounce with an Avengers TA piece that has Alpha Flight (E Quicksilver?) = 14 Attack for 3 damage, next click can outwit HSS and has BCF. Just my thoughts.

Also a JL Batman + Thwart would be lovely. A 90 point investment gets you someone that can, on a single power action, hop 6 squares into hindering, Thwart the KC Flash's Fortitude (or another feat, whatever), and THEN follow up with an Outwit as a free action.
Best of all, it would work (though it wouldn't be themely) with Black Panther there... total investment would be 197 for the two figs, which gives a fair amount of leftover. SR Scarlet Witch + Alpha Flight comes to mind, as she's a good taxi as well as PC'er.

thwart his fortitude, which makes him outwitable or forces him to waste a turn giving you enough time to make an attack against him. Also, he's only doing 2 damage at a time, 1 with armor piercing, so take out his support and you can ride the time to victory.
Vet Ultron. 14 , 10 Range, 3 , 18 . Throw in some cheap PC, Perplex, and TK, and you are golden. Also I'd add Armor Piercing to Ultron Target EE with AP = evil Oh, and he's only 188 points

Ultron at 188 is a good one. I prefer SN V Kang, because he can use his own Perplex to go to 14 and 4, or 13 and 5 if you feel lucky or have a PC to roll the 7 or 8 needed to go get Flash. Kang brings the RS to help positioning after TK, and the 4 damage puts Flash on 16 DV, whereas the 5 puts him on his last naked DV click before his Senses kicks in. The danger of Flash, as always, is if he's indoors and can run behind 6 walls after each attack. Another good strategy is to have as many cheap 3 damage figs as you can find paired up, preferably with at least 6 range. That way, they can blast walls to pave the way for a TK or RS on Flash.
Almost forgot Flash's Kryptonite -- well, not really, 'cause it's not a guarantee. Construct Feat; the barriers tie-up, and ignore HSS' auto break away. Then again, every opponent I ever play against always makes every single break away roll, so I don't find much success with that one.
I used an Omni-Man and Hector Hammond team up on KC Flash. Hector Perplexed Omni-Man's attack to 13 and TK'd the Moustached wonder.
One roll of 7 later, Flash got pounded for 6 (object damage)
He missed Omni-Man, got 2 HP Back with that turn's nanobots. Next turn he pushed Flash to get back to full HP, and Omni-Man got another heavy. Flash Popped Omni-Man for 1, and Hector Perplexed his AV to 11 and Omni-Man wrecked Flash for 5. It took about 20 minutes, but I got him.

I killed a KC Flash and KC Green Lantern team (yes both on the same team) in a tournament one time with my KC Superman. It was 400 points, so my opponent had those 2 with Oracle (only ever used to up Defense ), and a POG. I had Supes with Fortitude, V Echo, and I can't remember what else.
Anyway, I tied up GL with Echo, then pushed to charge him with Supes, and a Heavy Object. 1 Hit, bam, GL on his last (2nd last?) click. This was when HSS still had full range. Echo finished off Green Lantern. About 4 or 5 turns later, after another push to get Supes to his HSS, I HSS and full range Flash.......critical hit !!!! 6 Damage, and knockback into a wall = dead Flash. It was awesome I think the whole match took about 8 minutes.
