Aren't there any 'Realmsers' from Brooklyn who have been ripped off by this guy/girl? I'm surprised no one has showed up at his/her place and given him/her an old-fashioned beatdown. Or is the address a P.O. Box or something?

No, I think it was a real address. I mailed off money to a paypal account but I am pretty sure it was an address not a PO box.

I strongly recommend third party trades when uncertain, and definitely use third party trades when you're trading big items. I have no problem helping anyone with this.

I did a little research on M. Steinmetz and it is a 65+ year lady in apt #3. When I sent the apt # was not given to me. So it could be set outside an apt mailbox and anyone could just pick it up. No Jessica rodriguez at that address though. But there is a Jesse about 2 blocks away on the same street.

to be honest it is probably an empty apartment and it is sent there so that he/she can just pick it up. I once worked with a guy who would steal credit card numbers and mail order things to an empty house. He would go by and wait for the postman to drop it at the door and then walk up and take it. For the record though, he was a teen when he was caught and had served his time well before I worked with him. But that would have been 15 years ago. So I guess that is an old trick now. But it was just spotlighted on cnbc how to catch a scam artist or something like that.

Well, it was on pojo.com, and not hcrealms, but it looks like I am this dork's latest victim. He used poor spelling/grammar, he used the name Raymond Kochonies, he used a Brooklyn address, and he gave me a fake DC#.
Does anyone have solid evidence on this person? I read in the original lojo thread that his real name is Damien? Is there anyone that can verify that, or pm me his phone number and real address?
