This is incorrect. nothing says that u must do 3 damage before you can target an object/wall/barrier. it says u must deal 3 damage to destroy it.
If you have 2 damage u can roll to crit hit for 3 damage.

RCE does not work against anything other than figures. (its in the power)
shield and enhancers will allow you to destroy the walls.
Another question, more of a Copcicle question than Construct, but here goes:
If Icicle uses Copcicle and is Compelled to use Copcicle again, can he extend the Barrier to give up to 6 people action tokens, or can only 2 sets of 2 get the tokens as if 2 different Icicles did the action?

COPCICLES: Icicle can use Barrier. When three or more barrier terrain markers placed by Icicle using Barrier are adjacent to a target opposing character with zero or one action token, given that target an action token.
It doesn't say anything like "when 3 of the 4" or even "this turn". True, in the normal case those words would not need to be included, but in the case of Compel what happens?

IIRC, they were ruled to be independent. I'd need to search to comfirm.
I was under the impression you dont roll when attacking a wall/blocking terrain, you just hit automatically. so no chance for a critical hit.
You don't HAVE to roll, but have the option to make a roll to try for a critical hit for extra damage.
(Heck, if you ever found yourself in a situation where you have Destiny next to a wall and both you and your opponent played Ground Zero, you could try to roll and get a critical hit and then both GZ rolls.)
