Why is Fry's dial so short? Fry repeatedly demonstrates a phenomenal damage capacity! (Could be he's too stupid to realize it). Fry has the SP "Main Character on The Show", it grants him many seat of the pants powers. I like the trait you gave him
Leela is also too weak - she is a phenomenal fighter. Her lack of depth perception only works when it is comedically appropriate. Leela took on almost a whole planet of armed water people and was more than able to handle herself
Bender needs an ability to create a barrier token next to a wall, destroy a wall or reduce it to rubble (he bends it)
Also, for Hermes, where is "now you will see a bureaucrat's mind in action" (basically, he has brilliant tactician), that scene from the first movie was awesome!
Hypnotoad, almost perfect: He needs a clause under mind control that allows him to have the target attack itself (no, hypnotoad, it's not my fault, gaaaaack!)
You could also add a BFC:
Doomed Time Duplicate: If there is more than one character of the same name, regardless of set, if one of them rolls a critical miss, the one that rolled is KO'd and all others take the critical hit damage

Or I can just keep it simple with what I did with Close Combat Expert.

So people that play him could put Brilliant Tactician on him since he meets the prerequisites instead being forced to pay for that mechanic every time they play him.

I guess it's not clear that that's what BzzZzzZzzZzz is representing.

Maybe something like that when I get around to doing cardboard.
