I liked this as well as the first one. I thought the growth of the returning characters was well done, although I wasn't a fan of the switch from Howard to Cheadle. When I first heard Scarlett would be playing Black Widow I thought "really? that's where they went?" but I thought she did a good job. Overall a 8.5/10

In terms of enjoyment. Less defined that the first but a lot of the disparate elements were enjoyable and I love the set-up for Avengers.

The second movie is never as good as the first. In most cases. This goes by the standard. 9 out of 10

I love that Marvel is bringing in the villains no one would expect, first the Iron Monger and now Blacklash/Whiplash. Sad that they couldn't get Terrance Howard back, but Don Cheadle did a great job imo. Looking forward to more Iron Man goodness in the future. As before, I had fun watching the movie, although I give them minus one for not having 100% cast return from the original

Iron Man 2 gets 9 out of 10
