Completely agree. I think these will see a lot of play time. They're a vast improvement, IMHO, to the Amazons and Assassins from BatB.

These sculpts weren't phoned in, they were texted in. Man there are a bunch of standing-there sculpts this set.

It can be good at the game, but that seems a raisin it seems. sculpture terrible! The rate has fallen a lot while we think only in the gameplay.

Hmmm....I have thought that the one major player missing from this set's Golden Age Cover Reproduction Sculpts was The Flash from Flash Comics #1.

Ok, this isn't the case with MOST of the DC's characters, but we THESE particular characters, it is comic book accurate.

Word, the Zamarons tend to stand around content to let the Star Sapphires/Violet Lantern Corps do all the heavy lifting/fighting.

Wow, I wasn't expecting to see the Zamarons and their Queen turn up in this set.

Isn't there a rumour or something that Carol Ferris as Star Sapphire will be in this set too?
If so then "Violet Lantern Corps" teams already have a few figs to choose from with these two and the Blackest Night Wonder Woman.
Were they ever referred to as the Violet Lantern Corps in the comics? I thought they were the Star Sapphires?

I wasn't sure who these were when I saw pictures of them. But now I'm pretty sure of almost the complete set. I'm about 3 short (all Rare) of guessing all 60. This was a really helpful sneak peak. BTW - Love Mind Control and Incapacitate and they are more finesse than the Amazons and Assassins from the previous sets. These pieces will be needed with the power houses that have been shown so far.

so quick question, is a character friendly to itself? The reason I ask is because hasn't previous wording been something to the effect of "other friendly characters"? (my memory has been know to be way off from time to time)

So, as currently written, it seems Aga'po's power doesn't prevent her from taking feedback damage, only her allies. Am I missing something here? Is there any reason for this?

Friendly characters = herself. She has the Violet Lantern Corps keyword so she covers herself.

I have to add my disappointment to this... These flyers have a boring, uninspired sculpt -- like too many lately...

auto regen, whuuuuut! no feed back damage, and if damage comes through, boost her back up. and delightfully inexpensive quintessence to boot.
