I KNOW New Jersey SUCKS, I get that and have made peace with it--but this is an entirely different level of suckage. I mean, it's not like we're FRENCH...

That really is BS when a store breaks street date.
That is essentially stealing.
Personally I hope somebody breaks in their store and steals some stuff that is uninsured so they can get a sense of Justice.

You can go sit and the corner and NOT look at the spoilers then, I hear MORAL HIGHGROUND is nice this time of year.

Wasn't New Jersey annexed by France? We had to give them something for the Statue of Liberty.

It's almost a guarantee that whoever put them on the shelves has zero idea about clix and just puts stuff on the shelf when it shows up. Which is how it should be. I'm not an expert on retail but they probably get billed for it when it shows up. IF this is the case why should they have to sit on it for 2 weeks.

I hear, wahhh. x2 on the moral high ground. I need a fix though. I need 100% pure though. Some of that crysTAL. :shudder:

I worked at Target for several years in college and in the Electronics area quite a bit. We had a lot of items that had a street date and on the package they say "DO NOT STOCK UNTIL SUCH AND SUCH DATE." We never broke that date, so I have no idea about the penalty for doing so.
I'd imagine Clix is the same way with the same type of packaging, I hope at least. It would be the store's manager or whatever position of authority directly over the people who stock to make sure they don't break those kinds of dates. It's pretty lame for them to do so in my opinion. With Clix, I'm not sure how hard the store gets hit for the product when it comes out, because I purchase at a comic shop, not a larger retail chain like Hastings.
With products like DVDs, albums and etc., sitting on those products doesn't hurt the store because people will hit the store hard when it is released because people are aware of the date and plan accordingly. If a store broke the street date for Clix and avid Clix player A didn't know this and his only purchase venue was Hastings, how would he feel if he showed up on the advertised date to find Hastings was sold out and that WizKids/NECA was out of stock and he was screwed?
I know there are a lot of possibilities, "he should have pre-ordered," etc. etc. but breaking street date is a no, no in my book and shouldn't be done and I hope Wizkids/NECA has some type of punitive policy towards stores that do such and can properly handle them.

Really cause I've noticed you've been enjoying the spoilers and commenting on them all day, all of it very positive. If that is your actual stand you are being a little hypocritical.
I like the look of the Oreo bases. What is your opinion of the way they turn and feel compared to the H bases and cup-style?
For me, a person that just plays with what he had, I really like them. They turn very smoothly, but still click. My friend who likes to tinker with bases says that they are difficult to take apart, however.
On that note, a few quick observations:
3 of the dials I had had the paper creased, apparently because the paper was cut incorrectly and shoved into the dial.
Also, I've seen some debate over common Superman VS Black Adam. Superman only got Adam down to click 5 in a one on one.
Also, I hate Project Superman.
