Maybe not, but it does determine whether a song fits my personal version of the TOC voting criteria. Because I certainly know I don't really like songs that rely that much on cussing, I'd rather not listen to a song with that much 'Foul' language any more than I have to, and I don't see any reason to consider a song that could be described by both of the above as ultimately being very deserving of getting a vote to move on from me.
We once had a meeting at work over whether we should print Korn's lyrics as is. I was on the side of "as is" and we won, but we needed the caveat of a parental advisory on the books.

I will have you know that the Britannica staff had the same discussion about the rendering of the Cee Lo song. Turns out that we're bigger sticklers for the proper rendering of titles than we are concerned about profanity. It's the one and only place (to my knowledge) that that word appears in our database. Oh, and an easy vote for Robert Plant. Given the near-universal hate for the band, I'm curious to know who nominated Korn.

Ours became a discussion of an artist's right to have their work interpreted as they conceived it or should we change it and put in blanks. In the end, the right decision, IMHO, was to go with what the artist wanted. The guitar editor didn't want to do it that way, but sales and most of the top production staff did. We figured, anyone buying the product was already a fan and didn't really care about the cursing, so leave it in.
It is sad to watch great musicians fall so far, but it is even sadder to watch Korn.
It is sad when a great musician falls. Good thing that didn't happen to Robert Plant.
I want these clixed: Doc Savage, Fu Manchu, Tarzan, The Shadow, The Green Hornet & Kato, Conan, Solomon Kane, The Phantom, King Kong, Universal Monsters, Black Orchid, Manhunter (Paul Kirk), Xemnu the Titan, unclixed Kirby Fourth World characters, and Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula.
I found Angel Dance forgettable. I listened to it first and by the time Korn was over, I couldn't remember how it went.
But it had to be better than whatever it is I just heard.
Angel Dance.
If you listen to Korn first, Angel Dance sounds a lot better by comparison. Angel Dance wasn't awesome, but it's the kind of song you can get repeat listens from because it's mellow. It easily beats out Korn. Well, most karaoke beats out Korn.
