Yes, and it's -2.

Transporters can use the carry ability, which allows a character to carry another character with a -2 penalty to their speed.

No. Not unless they possess the Capture rule, which is now in the main rule book. Not to many figs actually have this ability iirc.

The Infinity Gauntlet reads:

My answer is no. The reason is that the Kryptonite is not added as part of the force at the beginning of the game.

You are bringing it into the game, you are adding it to your force. Same as Dr. Strange bringing in an Astral Strange.
