The figure may not have the keyword, but the way this league works is that if a character was on the team in the comics (and for some reason doesn't have that keyword on their clix version) they are assumed to have it, and receive the benefits as if they had it when drafting and the like (such as discounts).

And Namor was in Nation X (albeit briefly).
