Nice try, but Uniqueness has nothing to do with the rarity scheme. A unique figure is designated by a silver ring around a figures base. The color of the rarity tab has no bearing on it. There are Unique figures on all rarity types.
Once again...rarity has nothing to do with the game rules.
There is no game rule reason that a clarification on Renee Montoya/Question is needed.

Going by the rule book, she is an uncommon. There is no mention in the rules that the rarity of a figure is indicated on its card at all. It is indicated by the color of the set symbol on the character's base.

Even then, it would require a game effect that would need to specifically trigger from the printed rarity on the card and not the figure. Current rules, as pointed out, say that the rarity is Uncommon regardless of what the card might indicate.
