Before I go, a correction - You have Bill Charging to J12 to make an attack on Cyborg Superman. Cyborg Supes is in L11. There are no more available slots to make a close combat attack on him. Fandral took up the last one. Where he is, he'd be attacking one of the Renegades. On the plus side, that means his attack would get through, since the Renegade only has Invulnerable, not Impervious. But before I plow on ahead, I want to make sure that's really what you want to be doing with him.

Seems like a no-brainer, leave Bill where he is attacking the Renegade.
