So far, IIM Iron Man 001 at 150 seems to be the figure best suited to taking him down. He ignores hindering for targeting, so he can Outwit shape change. He also starts with Precision Strike, so his attack can't be evaded. It will likely be a cat-and-mouse game to see who can use Outwit first, which seems very appropriate for Mister Miracle. Unfortunately for Scott, since Tony can also see through walls to Outwit and has longer range, it will probably be the guy in the metal suit who gets the initiative (if played right).
I love how figures can be rated before ANYONE who is not a playtester or Wizkids employee has used them. I realize you can get a general idea by looking at the dial but that's like writing a review for a car before you drive it.
Finally a new mr. Miracle. I was expecting him to ignore all terrain for movement purposes, and not become the target of incap., but I guess I have high expectations of wizkids
The old veteran is so much better. He has a 18-19 defense on most of his clicks. This guy is sporting an slightly above average 17 defense. Granted he has both super senses and shape change but his veteran should NEVER have better stats.

Well, you got half of it - he does ignore all terrain (and characters!) and can even go through walls.

I love the old veteran but he was point-bloated. The only reason he needed those 18's and 19's is because they had no other way to show how hard he was to hit. He doesn't need those stats now because most of the time he's going to flat out evade attacks because you said he does. This is the best Miracle dial EVER, because it manages to consolidate all of his traits without putting him in a point-range that renders his play-style totally inefficient.
Quite possibly the best representation of Mr Miracle Wizkids has and will ever make. The only threat to Miracle is someone with Battle Fury and Precision Strike, and they gave Miracle Outwit to deal with situations just like that. This guy is going to be fantastic in sealed and when you build a constructed team around him, holy $#¡& is it gonna be brutal

I'm not sure it's the same thing at all. After all, there are lots of things about a car that are specific to actually feeling the way the parts interact, or how it handles, that can't be determined by just looking at it. But with a Heroclix figure, you can look and see how it is going to act. There's no surprise hitch that will make it better or worse; we know what it's going to do. Therefore, judging how a figure will play in a game of Heroclix is much simpler than knowing how a car will drive on a road with variable conditions.

Have you ever heard of a proxy? You basically create a dummy version of a piece or card (which is typically used in MTG) to test run it. Once the dial is spoiled, anyone can use it to create a proxy to test the playability of it and thus get an accurate interpretation of its uses.
That's an understatement. He just extended a match I played by about 35 minutes with all of his shape change, sidestepping, super senses, and trait evasion. He held off a 200 point Solomon Grundy, Edward Nigma, Grifter, and Toyman for nearly 45 minutes. He kept hitting his shape change and super senses rolls, and when he finally did take a hit, he just took a token. On the rare occasion he was hit twice he took a single click of pushing damage over the potentially catastrophic damage and then ran away again to use range. I want to build a team around him that includes some probability control and additional outwit. He really is miraculous.
Unless you're iim001 Iron Man, you're gonna have some problems hitting this guy without expending a lottt of resources. Iron Man ignores stealth, can o/w SC, and precision ignores the rest. But...that's one figure....
P.S. Add Nul's hammer and you've got a beast here.
