The center area is actually on a lower elevation, with the area around the edges being the actual elevated, so Thor can't do the attack from L5. Plenty of places where he could still legally make the attack, so I'll let you decide where before I go.
Trying to see if there's a way I can do something without overextending myself. I see on thing, but it's a longshot.

Zemo rolls Leadership, gets 5. Removes Black Knight's token.
Skurge punches down the wall in O8/O9
Wonder Man Charges, brings Executioner along, snags the LO in M4, ends there, drops Executioner in N3 and tries to bash Hawkeye with the object. AV10 on DV17. Gets 7. 4 to Hawkeye.
Zemo RS to B10, shoots at Quicksilver, AV11 on DV17. Gets 4. Humph.
Black Knight RS to C10, he shoots at Quicksilver, AV10 on DV17. Gets 8 and doubles. 3 to him, KB to F3 into the corner of the wall for 1 more.
"First blood to you, Avengers, but it is last man standing that will count," Baron Zemo said, shooting at Quicksilver. The speedster zipped away from Zemo's shot, but ran right into the path of the Black Knight's.
As the Avengers turned their attention to the attacks coming from one flank, Wonder Man and the Executioner burst through the walls from the other direction, catching Hawkeye by surprise.
"A good ploy," Captain America said. "But you've lost the element of surprise now."
"I do not need surprise to deal with you, mortal," the Executioner told him.
"I may be the one surprising you, then," Captain America said.
