Wesley Dodds, the Sandman. Founding member of the JSA, detective vigilante type, pre-WW2. Ran around in a gas mask and had a gun that shot sleeping gas that would make people susceptible to questioning. Had nightmares that prophesied nearby major crimes.
Beyond that, Dodds himself was a regular, albeit rich, man. Grew up traveling in Asia, learned a few things there, but not as extremely trained in everything like Batman. Portrayed in Sandman Mystery Theatre (which I highly recommend reading if you are into noir style comics).
I was actually going for excessive. And I was being conservative
In fact, I think you could do a set of figures 1-200, 70 commons (2 primes), 70 uncommons (2 primes), 30 Rares (1 prime), 20 Super Rares (1 prime), 10 Chases (1 prime), Fast Forces 201-210, Gravity Feed 211-230.
AND THEN BECAUSE I'M CRAZY: There are flat rarity b and c figures and the primes are d. And somehow they figure out how to get 1 chase and 1 chase prime or super rare prime per brick and 1 prime of other rarities.
And then some kinda resource in there that involves Brainiac and bottled cities as relics.

I know some of that, but never read any comics with him in it (I don't think), except the mention in the first bit of Gaiman's Sandman. But I'm not really gonna oppose any inclusion, just because it's not a character I know.
BTW if anyone wants to play the nostalgia game, go right ahead and name things you want clixed from any point in DC history, canon or otherwise.
What timing! Just last night, in the General Discussion thread about what you'd want if Wizkids were to put out just one more set, I posted an enormous (60 pieces) list of wants from DC alone. It's not even close to all the DC characters I'd like to get, though. It only included two remakes. I'm not sure if any of them will be appearing in Convergence or not, but they're all characters I remember fondly from DC comics I've read that have mostly never appeared in Heroclix.
I thought it was appropriate for that thread, but maybe even more appropriate here.
So, a little of the old copy and paste action, and here it is...

AND THEN BECAUSE I'M CRAZY: There are flat rarity b and c figures and the primes are d.
And I just thought of a new concept. The abcd figures are all from different eras:
a) golden age (superman with no flight, leap/climb)
b) Silver Age (1000 point superman with six damage and probability control)
c) Post-crisis (John Byrne superman)
d) Elseworlds (I'm looking at you Red Son Superman)
BTW if anyone wants to play the nostalgia game, go right ahead and name things you want clixed from any point in DC history, canon or otherwise.

From post #25. Good list. I see some really good ones in there! I think LE's and non-era abcd's would go in the 12 months of OP kits and a Fast Forces and Gravity Feed
In one story ("The Rainbow Batman," Detective Comics #241), Batman wear a bunch of differently colored costumes, apparently to distract everyone from Robin (who had injured his arm in a high profile way as Dick Grayson, and Batman was worried about connecting the two). One of them was pink with a red cape. There were a bunch of others, including a full rainbow suit, but I think the pink one would look the nicest in Clix form (while still looking as ridiculous as it should).
I would be down for a several month Op Kit. Considering Earth 2 and Worlds End as well as Future's End tie into this storyline, I think it would be a great opportunity to have the booster waves utilize the characters from those stories. It would be an amazing way to get classic/pre-Crisis, pre-Flashpoint, New 52 Prime and Alt Earth, Future's End, and Elseworlds characters all in some massive event.
They could have 3 or 4 waves of boosters, or have a separate set made that fits in theme-wise to pair with it, like an Earth 2/JSA set (similar to the Avengers Assemble set and Age of Ultron OP).
Edit: It would also be cool to have 2 grand prizes. One halfway through (Brother Eye) and one at the end (Telos or Brainiac).

Reason: Just thought of...
He was jl060 Superman from the Justice League set.
Superman 1.000.000 isn't the golden Superman though. That's just the Superman from the 853rd Century (and also appeared in an issue of All Star Superman).
The golden one is the regular '616' current Superman that has been hybernating in the sun for a very long while. At the time he was refered to as Superman Prime. This was of course long before Geoph Johns gave us Superbrat Prime.
And he'd be very hard to translate accurately into Heroclix because he hasn't really done anything in the comics.
Gold Superman = All Star Superman
