No. Real name only apply when an effect is specifically stating that it does.
[C]When a game effect is keyed off a character's name, it is looking for the name printed on the character's base. This name (excluding anything in parenthesis) must match exactly to the name the effect is looking for. For example, a game effect referring to a character named "Iron Man" would not work on a character named "Iron Man Mk 7", "Iron Man 2020", or "Iron Man and War Machine".
