You've got a good hand at using that Line of Fire there!
If you look at your line of fire, you can see that part of it clips the elevated in N11 meaning it would be blocked.
You can confirm this too by looking at the actual map link, click tools, and set the line of fire tool to 6 horizontal, 9 vertical, show line of sight, then flip line of sight, and place it starting in your square and ending in Zatara's. Any square with the blue means a line of fire goes through it.
