Is a bit quirky, but you could have SF characters A and B on the map and C on the Sideline. Put character A way over into enemy territory. Perplex/Token(not action)/Marker/Other Effects on B, shift B out for C, then shift A out for B, and you've essentially 'teleported' B across the map with all the buffs. Probably not their intent, but by tightening the rules to cut out certain effects, they opened up others.
That's the exact example I was looking for but I can't find the ruling on the WIN that says that... was that before or after the 2017 rules that they ruled that?
[Edit] nevermind, I can see the listing on the CR page 2 that Sassamo mentioned... not sure if I overlooked that or if I read it differently, but I can see that interpretation on it.
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
