For one, with spanish, there is no need to memorize 2 new character sets plus a few hundred kanji, just to function in a city. And one needs to know 1000+ to read a newspaper...

But learning how to translate a Japanese YGO card's ability isn't too hard, unless it's like one of those fusion beasts from FET...

reptile decks are pretty hard to make, as reptiles aren't among the most popular types of monsters (unlike warriors)

among the "good" reptiles are granadora, gagagigo, giga gagagigo, killer snake, and imo, avatar of apophis

there aren't many reptile support cards, so good luck on your deck :)
