*sighs*to be honest,im a little disappointed...when I first saw the name,I thought it was a Monarch deck...BUT,the one thing I DO like about this Chaos deck is your use of the 2 Dragons with Metamorphasis...and I think this deck could be absolutely insane in a tournament to take people off guard. The only changes I can see is to your Fusion deck...add in some Gaia the Dragon Champions or Twin Headed Thunder Dragons in case you need some muscle on the field.

I can't see any changes made, but is it safe to have 2 enemy controllers, to use the control effect, you need to sac one of your monsters, unless thats why the scapegoats are in there of course
