I actually built and tested a deck alost identical to this and found that enemy controllers and BoM worked better than the Swords of Concealing Light, just my two cents.
I've actually really started to like Swords of Concealing Light. I'm not sure why exactly, but it is growing on me. I do have Book of Moons in here already, which I agree are better than SoCL. Enemy Controller I only have one copy of, and it is in another deck at the moment. So unfortunately I won't be able to add it here unless I get some more of them.
This deck was 1-1 tonight in tournament play. The Gravekeepers Deck I lost to really had my number. Necrovalley was holding Gigantes at bay and I couldn't draw what I needed to get rid of it. I'm thinking about adding in two Sakuretsu Armors in place of the Compulsory Evacuation Devices to get a more perminent form of Monster removal.
I'm not too sure what else I want to change. For the most part it was running well, I may get rid of the Swords for something else. I think the monster line up is the strongest that I have had it so far. The only thing I'm unsure of is the Big Tusked Mammoth.
Some suggestions someone just IMed me were:
Quote
-2 Gaia Power
-2 Book of Moon
-Card Desctruction
-2 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast
-Big-Tusked Mammoth
+1Airknight Parshath
+2 Smashing Ground (need more field control)
+2 Enemy controllers - doesn't have to be facedown to trample
+1 Emergency Provisions- this can save your life trust me
+2 Sakuetsu Armor - more field control, which u need
if u want u can try those out, they work for me. let me know if any help improve the flow of the deck.
