Three Magician of Faiths in a Chaos deck seems like overkill simply because you could lose up to three out of your five Light monsters if one is removed by Nobleman of Crossout. However, there aren't many good replacements for it. The only decent one that comes to mind is Reflect Bounder. If you do that, you'll be left with five Light monsters (other than BLS), which is fine.
I think you'll want five Dark monsters as well. So, in addition to the ones you already have, I recommend adding either Spirit Reaper or Mask of Darkness (yes, I'm crazy....)
Also, are two Book of Moons and an Enemy Controller really necessary? I suggest removing one Book of Moon in favor of a seventh Trap. You'll probably want to pick from the convential ones: Bottomless Trap Hole and Sakuretsu Armor.
ronnie ur right about that, but if that happens to me in a duel then i switch one of them for a mirage dragon from my side deck. Thanks for the advice though. anyone else???
Alright so Im gonna slim down the magicians of faith...
-MoF
+Some other Light card at my disposal =P
Yes the 2 Books of Moon and Enemy Controller are necessary to me. 6 Traps seems perfect to me. But thank you everyone that has shown me the error in my ways about MoF.
While this deck is similiar to most BLS decks, I would find a way to get Monster Reincarnation in there. Helps get back Breaker w/new coutner and BLS is it gets D Duo'd...that's about it. 9/10.
Eh, monster reincarnation is an okay card, but like many cards that would help, i just dont have room for it all. I get what ur saying though, i'll probably side deck it at most....i doubt i'll run it in my main deck. thnx for the help though. anyone else???
-Blade Knight
-Injection Fairy Lily
+Reflect Bounder
+Magical Merchant
A couple of reasons for this fix, really. First is that Blade Knight is inconsistant. Rarely will you be getting off the effect because of Goats or people just wanted to throw bluffs, but also because if you have a small hand, unless they do too you're losing. Losing is bad, and you shouldn't add a card that only topdecks well. Reflect is a solid, almost guaranteed light to the grave. They have a choice, get rid of it via removal of spell/trap cards, which can be a waste, or take AT LEAST 1700 damage, which in this aggroish build can be what wins it.
Then, there is the Injection. It's a decent card, but it's probably better in the side. Granted you can nuke BLS with it, using regular removal is more solid because you'd probably use that anyway. Injection can come at a huge price, and unless you swing with it directly or at an attack position goat I don't see too much advantage. As far as the Merchant, it's a nice card. You can set it as a bluff, but if they let you flip it it's almost a free draw. I've yet to hit Luster using mine, and I've heard similar accounts from others. It's getting to resources faster, and gives you a distinct graveyard advantage.
Spells
I don't see a huge point in double Book. Granted the new rules can make it more playable, I think 1 as tech would work better.
-Book of Moon
+Enemy Controller
You're running an aggroish build. The Blade itself, the Jinzo, Assailants, Lily. Switching a Goat to attack, taking one of their monsters for an open shot, or getting a monster for a tribute is always nice with Controller. And don't forget, it kills Gorilla which is always a nuisance for ANY deck.
I'd defininetly run the Brain Control. It's a great card and can help win games, if not win a few by itself. You're right, it's no Change of Heart. But is Vortex a Raigeki, but still a nice card?
I also like the single Meta - I'm starting to believe it's almost a staple in today's enviornment.
Traps.
I'm not sure on two Dusts with Jinzo. Spell/Trap removal isn't nearly as important as monster removal.
-Dust Tornado
+Bottomless Trap Hole
Bottomless removes threats FROM THE GAME. The RFG pile is your friend, honestly, and you never want to leave it empty. You're also running Kycoo, which helps add synergy to the removing from game aspect. I like two Bottomless personally, but unless you want to stay at 40, don't run two of them. One can work, but 7 traps with Two Bottomless and a Dust is a solid lineup.
This topic deffinitly has a lot to do with which ever u really like better. the way i have it now i think is godly, i dont really need another controller, but at the same time i kinda want one. If i do get another controller then ya i'll use it, probably in my side deck. The books work better for me cuz i use nobleman half the time, and with the new ruling BLS just became even BETTER! Use his remove effect, flip him face down, manually flip him face up and attack twice! its insane! but im taking ur advice on everything else though, Thanks for the help. ANYONE ELSE!???
