This is a pretty cool idea ya got goin' on here. You should continue to edit it until it can become a functional deck.

And on that note, even though Skyscraper is the "city" it doesn't have any value to the deck play. Something else needs to fit in there.

Another turtle card to add could be Island Turtle. And I like the previous mention of the Unhappy Maiden for April or you could go with Cyber Harpie.
(*edit) Another good card fr April would be Getsu Fuhma.

I'll keep checking back on this one and help out with what I can.

that asian kid could be monk fighter or obnoxious celtic guard. what is the atapult turtle for? also shredder should be invader of darkness or that could be super shredder as well
