If i summon a dark jeroid with skill drain on the field will its effects still work or will it be negated?

Dark Jeroid's effect would be negated due to the fact when it is summoned, it is on the field at the same time as Skill Drain. Skill Drain, in this deck, as mentioned before, is more of a sidedeck card. Especially with 2 Elite's in main deck and 2 Orcs in sidedeck.

I've been testing this deck and think that this deck is more or less finished. Maju doesnt work very well if i attack with it its destroyed and if i special summon it from RFG it has 0 attack. I also think that i need more m/t removal anyone have any ideas and have i missed any staples out?

Apart from ha des what other good 5 or 6 star fiend monsters are there? I tried mefist and he always gets destroyed by gorilla. Any ideas?
