Just to let you know, the guy cheated using the Dark World burn. Keep the burn more offensive and keep the defensive... well... more defensive.

I know about how protector doesn't work because of the ruling, and thats how he won some of his duels, but the deck does work even without the cheating part, that was just a bonus since nobody at the time new the offical ruling. But the deck as it stands still works great.

Well, it's a matter of consistency from my point of view. I find Brain Control to be generally good, Creature Swap to be sometimes very good and sometimes no good at all. Hence, the risky for Creature Swap.
