Ok, so ...how then would you explain POWER BOND and Damage Polaryzer? they must be combined for you to avoid damage from a FUSION summon, which was already activated in MP1 (main phase 1). There for a lot of things could happen in BP, and MP2 until the end phase where you would (normally) activate damage polaryzer to negate power bondīs effect.
how to resolve, then?
You can't use Damage Polarizer against the damage inflicted by Power Bond's effect, for the reason that I and others have mentioned earlier.
still havenīt found an answer to this question: powerbond+Damage polaryzer. But At least yesterday I destroyed cylinders at a top-decking turn. Nice to have a card that can dodge those :D

When they say "effect that deals damage" they mean an effect that when it immediately resolves, will deal damage. Not something that will at some point in time later on in the turn cause damage to be taken.
