I don't know their names. One of the looks like a Zaborg The Thunder Monarch on steroids and the other is a Spellcaster type monster. Both have simialer effects to Chiamera. You'll have to go to Shriek's TCG page to find them.

Testament of the Arcane Lords is the spellcaster one. You can easily look that one up.
