The whole controversy about DF is all about synergy that isnt paid for in point value or disadvantages. I've been over it about a dozen times. Really quite a pointless debate, since anyone who would be reading this thread is already going to have their mind made up.

Personally, I don't care if my faction, HL, gets alot of units in CA. I'd be happy with a few BETTER units.

In the true Highlander tradition -- just give me something a little competitive; I'll do the rest with my greatest weapon of all.

To you DF guys: You already have the tools. Use them correctly and you'll win your share.

Highlanders are the other faction I collect and play.

I would love to at least get a non unique, non LE, non assault mech that I can use in 300 pt games, without having to use the rest of my army to make up for it's weaknesses.
