If you get stuck playing Liao, don't forget the "100 points worth of mercenaries" rule.

Yeah them armies are pretty good. do you see how your not playing mass swarms of infantry? thats what everyone else is going to be doing. barley no one will play lots and lots of infantry, all they will have is anti personial. I know, its just a guess, but check this army out, its for fun, I dont play to win-

2 merc snipers - 116 ( I do need 100 pts of merc, and they are good)
1 merc repair - 25 ( snipers are single use IT)
6 df pesants - 30 ( base screen repair, and snipers)
1 go-cho - 87 ( great df piece with 14 range)
1 merc zahn - 30 ( now you know go-cho is slow)
1 liao zahn - 32 ( I need a liao piece, no maxium,no hover, next best thing)
2 kanizuchi - 40 ( noe drop, its stupid, but worth it)
3 df trikes - 42 ( infiltrate and move in dz first turn, tie things up)
1 merc shun - 40 ( anti personial plus transport, score)
1 df standard foot - 10 (point filler)

Its like 447 pts
like i said, its for fun.

The Blade is a huge chunk of points, but it's evade should keep it fairly safe from capture attempts and it's armor piercing will shred infantry.

I dropped arty altogether as well as the Partisans. Maybe not a good idea to not bring at least one Partisan, but I could always use my own infiltrating infantry plus the loaded Shun to tie up any enemy infantry swarms.

The SRM team stays back and guards the dzone.

yo greyholme what are you doing. I really dont think you can add, 3 trikes are not 56 pts, and the shun is 47 pts. and two donars? energy attack only does 1 to infantry. and about that invade thing, that doesnt work against capture, its a close combat move. yeah i suggest you dont play that army this weekened.

Us at the Zone appreciate your challenge, but how do you expect to beat any of us if you just let us beat you up online? Our Worst Ranked Player could beat you. We have no bad players at our venue, and this is why I am confident that any of us could beat you. Bring your @$$ down to the Zone and see how it feels like to get pulvarized by the best venue in Kentucky.
P.S. And while your at it bring down the rest of your venue.... Maybe we could teach them a thing or two.
