tough minitaur is going to be better now, cuz he can surge into ram and sweep for a effective point cost.

another one is that (her name eludes me right now) BPR hero from the hero pack with corpy (sculp is the mancatcher). Well she is great at full level. Surge for high attack speed and damage with a sweeping attack. And you cant surge her cuz of her pole arm.

anything with sneak attack appears to be broken atm. (i think they will change the wording on the ability so that it does not work if used with a surge attack)

They don't need to change the wording. Sneak attack already says:
Surge is defined thusly:
So Surge is a combat action not a move action therefore Sneak Attack already doesn't work with Surge.
